1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Londona app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of them, do not use the App.

2. Your Account

You sign in with your Apple account. You are responsible for your account and for everything submitted through it. You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to use the App.

3. Content You Submit

When you submit a place suggestion (name, link, text, photos), you: confirm that you have the right to share it; grant Londona a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to display it within the App and Londona products, attributed to your display name; and confirm that any photos you upload were taken by you or that you have explicit permission to use them.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that is: abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate; misleading or fraudulent; infringing on intellectual-property rights or others’ privacy; promotional or advertising without prior agreement; or in violation of any applicable law.

5. Content Review & Moderation

All suggestions are reviewed by a human before publication, and the Londona team may publish or decline at its sole discretion without stating reasons. The App provides a tool to report objectionable content, and we commit to acting on reports and removing violating content within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt.

6. Blocking Users

You can block any user from within the App, and content attributed to them will no longer appear in your view.

7. Suspension & Termination

Londona may suspend or terminate access for any account that violates these Terms, and remove its violating content. You may permanently delete your account at any time from within the App (the "Me" tab → Delete account).

8. Information Accuracy & Disclaimer

Place information shown in the App (opening hours, prices, ratings, and similar) is aggregated and may change without our knowledge — verify it yourself before relying on it. The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the date of the latest update is shown above. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the updated version.
